## The story
- Omago started with a simple observation: restaurants, clinics, and service businesses were missing enquiries every night. A customer would visit their website after hours with a question. No one was there to answer, so they left — and the business often never knew the enquiry had happened.
- Most of the tools available were either too expensive, too complex, or built for enterprise teams with dedicated IT support. A restaurant owner should not need a developer to set up a customer-facing AI agent. A clinic manager should not need a long implementation just to handle after-hours enquiries.
- So the team built Omago — an AI agent that businesses can set up in minutes, without coding, to answer questions, capture leads, and handle bookings across their website, WhatsApp, and Telegram.

Before Omago, King spent years in B2B sales across Canada and Asia — from helping local SMBs grow to advising businesses on digital strategy at Google. He saw the same problem everywhere: businesses losing customer opportunities simply because they could not stay online around the clock. Omago is the product he wished had existed for the businesses he worked with.
